West Coast Swing is a wonderful and creative dance that you are sure to enjoy. Thursday evenings at Spotlight Ballroom we have lessons and dancing in this very cool modern street style. Whether you like Pop, Blues, or R&B, West Coast Swing is a great way to dance to these styles of music and we even mix in some Brazilian Zouk. West Coast Swing is a fun, smooth dance that will put a smile on your face. Our lessons are social, so no partner required. Are you a beginner? No problem. Our Beginning WCS is just for you! 7:15pm: Beginning WCS - Start here to get the basics down and prepare for intermediate class. 7:15pm: Intermediate WCS - Solidify your basics, learn some easy and fun footwork and turning variations, prepare for advanced class. 7:15pm: Advanced WCS - Learn more complicated timings, turning, and footwork variations. Appropriate if you are very comfortable with West Coast Swing. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge learned in previous classes. 8:00pm: Social Dance starts and the fun begins! See you there! As always, let us know ahead of time if it is your birthday! You will get in for FREE and your friends on the list will get a discount! Also buy one regular dance admission, get a second person in FREE!* *Second person must not have attended a dance at Spotlight Ballroom in the last 6 months.

Directions: Google likes to send you to Industrial Blvd, but there is no entrance to Spotlight from there, so make sure you follow these directions! While our address in on Industrial Blvd, our actual door and entrance are on a smaller street called Boatman Ave. The easiest way to find us is to actually plug in the address for the taco place across the street, Chando‘s Tacos.
