COVID-19 Vaccination and Safety Policy

This event requires proof of complete vaccination against COVID-19
OR a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event start.

Danceplace facilitates COVID-19 pre-screening for event organizers. We do not store any personal information related to your vaccine OR test and will not ask you for a photo of your vaccination record or test result.

The ticket buyers must attest that all attendees they are buying tickets for are fully vaccinated before buying a ticket, OR that they will get a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event and bring proof of a negative result.

All ticket holders must present their proof of vaccination OR negative test result and government issued ID at check-in to the organizer. At their discretion, organizers may accept a photo of their proof of vaccination OR negative test result saved on smart phones. Connect with the organizer of the event to determine what they accept.

The organizer validates the name and vaccination date OR test result. If vaccinated, they flag the attendee as “VAX Verified” In Danceplace.

Accept Policy

I am only purchasing tickets for attendees who either a) are fully vaccinated (including booster shots, where applicable) OR b) will bring the result of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours before the start of the event, and I am (we are) willing to show the proof to the organizer before entering the event.

I allow Danceplace to facilitate this pre-screening. I understand that verification of vaccine status and test results is the organizer’s responsibility and Danceplace is not responsible for false attestations or vaccination records, or faulty verification processes.

I understand I am responsible for the accuracy of this attestation.
