As of Sep 21, 2021 Danceplace is no longer using Facebook connect for user authentication and login. This change doesn’t affect users that log in using their email address.

What do I need to do?

If you have created your Danceplace account using Facebook, you will need to follow these steps:

1- Sign in to Danceplace: Use the same email address you login to Facebook
2- Request Password Reset: Danceplace will send you an email with link to set a password for your account
3- Create Password: Follow the instructions on the email, create your password, and continue using Danceplace as usual

How can I find my email address on Facebook?

On the Facebook dashboard, under Settings > General Account Settings, look up your primary contact email.

Why did this change happen?

In the past few months we have received several complaints from users whom were not able to effectively use the Facebook login. After thorough analysis and asking a focus group of users, we decided that removing this feature will be the best option moving forward.
